  • Can I get just practice sessions?
    Of course you can. You can contact us for the price of our different plans, or view our Services List.
  • Can I transfer my plans / sessions to another person?
    Yes, it is possible. Please contact our staff or coach for assistance.
  • What is your refund / cancellation policy?
    NO refund would be issued under any circumstances.
  • When do lessons / practice sessions expire?
    Credits expire one calendar year from date of purchase even if the credit account has not been used.
  • Can I buy lessons for a friend? Or can I share the same plan with my friend?
    Definitely. Contact our centre or your coach for details.
  • Can I pay with a credit card?
    Yes. We accept cash (HKD), credit cards (VISA, Mastercard & UnionPay), FPS or bank transfer.
  • I don’t have my own golf club, can I borrow clubs at your centre?"
    Yes, you can. You can bring your own golf clubs to our centre for lesson or practice, you can also borrow clubs (only left-handed clubs) at our centre without charge. However, we don’t provide golf gloves or golf shoes.
  • What’s the dress code here?
    Dress code is not required at Tour Mechanics, but we suggest you bring your sport wear and shoes here.
  • Do you have shower facilities or a changing room?
    No, we only have washrooms for male, female or disabled people.
  • Can I bring my own coach to Tour Mechanics for teaching purpose?
    We welcome non-resident or visiting coaches to use our facility for teaching purpose. However, coaches are required to get approval from Tour Mechanics before teaching at our facility. We will charge your golf coach HKD 480 per hour as facility and equipment rental fees.
