Damaged Equipment Policy
Effective date of the version: December 1, 2025
Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of any equipment provided by Tour Mechanics. In the event that equipment is returned damaged, lost, or rendered unusable due to misuse or negligence, the customer will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. Charges will be assessed based on current market value, and payment must be settled prior to the next booking.
