Policy

When bad weather is affecting Hong Kong, please take note of these special arrangements at Tour Mechanics:

• Tour Mechanics will remain open when Typhoon Signal No.1 / No.3 or Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force.

• Tour Mechanics will be CLOSED when Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted.

• If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force before office hours:

  • Tour Mechanics will be CLOSED, until the signal is lowered, and​

  • We will reopen within 2 hours if situation allows.

• Once the Hong Kong Observatory has announced that Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No.8 or above will be hoisted in a few hours:

  • Tour Mechanics will be CLOSED.
